Who Are VNP Beats?
VNP Beats is a Bulgarian music production duo consisting of producers VP and PB, known for their genre-blending approach that incorporates elements of trap, drill, hip-hop, and R&B. Formed in 2025, the duo has quickly gained attention for their melodic production style, early independent releases, and growing international collaborations.

VNP Beats released their debut instrumental track, “Decisions” a piano-based production that quickly gained attention for its simplicity and emotional atmosphere, helping the duo establish an early presence in the producer community. Building on this momentum, they followed with their second release, “Said N Done,” which features the artist Richjunkiezay and represents their first international collaboration, marking an important early milestone in their developing career.
Early Life And Formation
VP and PB first met in 2014 while attending kindergarten in Bulgaria, where they quickly formed a childhood friendship built on shared classes and early memories. After moving into different classes during their early school years, the two gradually drifted apart, staying connected only through distant familiarity.
Their paths crossed again in the fifth grade when they were placed in the same class, and the friendship immediately rekindled with a stronger bond than before. During this period, both were introduced to emerging genres such as drill and trap, whose distinctive rhythms and atmospheric production captured their interest.
What began as casual listening soon shifted into focused curiosity, as they found themselves analyzing beats, studying patterns, and asking how modern producers created their signature sounds.
This mutual fascination led them to experiment with music production, spending late nights watching tutorials, testing software, and slowly developing their individual creative identities. These early experiments laid the foundation for their collaboration, eventually culminating in the formation of VNP Beats.

VP, born on 19 March and originally known as Vasil Konstantinov Pehlivanov, developed an interest in music from an early age. He grew up listening to artists such as Bon Jovi, introduced to him through the music his father often played during car rides. Even as a child, VP showed a natural attraction to rhythm and melody, frequently tapping on jars, tables, and household objects as improvised drums and other instruments. What began as a simple fascination with sound gradually evolved into a deeper passion, eventually guiding him toward music production and forming the foundation of his creative identity.
PB's Life
PB, born on 10 May and originally known as Petar Rosenov Bogoev, showed an early fascination with music. As a child, he was almost always wearing headphones, immersing himself in the sounds around him. Music was a constant presence in his life, and he often found himself questioning how the songs he loved were created. This curiosity eventually led him to explore music production, a discovery that would later become a central part of his collaboration with VP and the foundation of VNP Beats.
Development and Identity
Following their reconnection in fifth grade, VP and PB began collaborating more seriously, experimenting with different production techniques and musical genres. Their early experimentation started on the platform BandLab, where they initially rapped over drill instrumentals. While creating their own verses, they became curious about how the instrumentals themselves were made, which led VP to discover FL Studio. He began exploring the software in depth, studying all aspects of beat-making, including melodies, drum patterns, and sound design, and later shared his knowledge with PB.
By dedicating themselves to learning the craft, the duo quickly fell in love with music production and began creating their own beats. Their early work was characterized by a blend of drill, trap, hip-hop, and R&B influences, combining VP’s melodic sensibilities with PB’s technical precision. Through persistent experimentation, they refined a signature style that emphasized emotion, atmosphere, and storytelling.
In August 2025, or to be even more specific on the 28 of August 2025, VP and PB officially launched their project as VNP Beats, combining the initials of their names and symbolizing their shared vision of bringing Bulgarian music to an international stage. From these initial experiments on BandLab to fully-developed productions, the duo’s work evolved beyond simple beat-making into a cohesive creative identity, with each track reflecting both their individual strengths and their collective ambition.
First Releases
Decisions
VNP Beats released their debut track, “Decisions,” on 7 November 2025. The track is a piano-driven instrumental that showcases the duo’s melodic sensibilities and emotional approach to production. Recognizing that simply posting beats on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram would not be enough to gain broader recognition, they uploaded the track to Spotify, where it quickly gained traction. “Decisions” helped establish VNP Beats’ presence in the music scene and continues to grow in popularity.
Said N Done
On 5 December 2025, VNP Beats released their second track, “Said N Done,” featuring the artist Richjunkiezay. Seeking to stand out beyond instrumentals, the duo reached out to Richjunkiezay to provide vocals for the track. The collaboration combined VNP Beats’ production with Richjunkiezay’s lyrics, marking the duo’s first international feature. The song has received increasing attention and represents a key milestone in their early career.
