Refund Policy
At VNP Beats, all products are delivered digitally and require direct confirmation through Instagram. Because our beats are digital goods, refunds are normally not offered. However, we do provide refunds under one specific condition.
1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

All beats, licenses, and digital files are final sale

Once a purchase is made, we cannot issue refunds for:

Changing your mind

Not liking the beat

Buying the wrong license

Not following the delivery instructions

Miscommunication or delay caused by the customer

This is because digital items cannot be returned once delivered.
2. When Refunds Are Allowed
Refunds are only possible if neither VP nor PB is available to process or deliver your order.
This means:

Both members are completely unavailable

Your order cannot be verified

Your beat cannot be delivered within a reasonable time

We cannot communicate with you through Instagram or email
If both VP and PB are unavailable, we will issue a full refund for your purchase.
3. Delivery Requirements
To receive your beat:

You must DM us on Instagram @vnpbeats

You must send a screenshot of your order receipt
-
After confirmation, we deliver your files manually
If you do not message us with proof of purchase, this does not qualify for a refund.
4. Processing Refunds
If VP and PB are confirmed unavailable:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider
