• Credit requirements (“Prod. by VNP Beats”)

• Rights restrictions between license types

Exclusive Rights transfer full usage rights but do not automatically transfer copyright unless explicitly agreed in writing.

 

4. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through our partnered payment systems

• Prices may change at any time without notice

• All purchases must be made with valid payment methods

• By purchasing, you confirm that you are legally authorized to use the payment method

 

5. Delivery of Products

Because our products are digital, there is no physical shipping.

Delivery process:

• After purchase, the customer must DM us on Instagram (@vnpbeats)

• Customer must provide proof of purchase (screenshot of receipt)

• Once confirmed, we send the appropriate files through DM or email

We aim to deliver within 24 hours after proof is received.

 

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds are not provided after digital files have been sent.

Refunds may only be granted if:

• You were charged by mistake

• A duplicate order was placed

• A technical issue occurred on our end
